PlanetSport is the provider of the Planet Games Service (the “Service” or “Planet Games”), in its various formats accessible via mobile devices. The terms of this agreement (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the relationship between you and PlanetSport and its affiliates (hereinafter “Planet Games” or “Us” or “We”) regarding your use of Planet Games’ Service and related features. • Register only if you are a Planet Games customer in the Republic of Botswana;
• Acknowledge that some content or features are locked unless you register.

Registered users can access premium services for a fee. This may include a recurring subscription charge, a once-off charge, or related usage charges. Subscription to premium services is voluntary and occurs via the Service menu. These services are subject to specific terms, including:

From time to time, challenges will be available for registered users to earn points. Only registered users are eligible, and some challenges may require a subscription. Points are non-transferable, and we reserve the right to amend or remove challenges as needed.
